Because every piece of jewelry is made-to-order, we ship within 3-4 weeks. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is preordered or backordered, please allow up to six (6) weeks for your order to ship. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments. If you have an inquiry regarding the status of your order and/or product availability please email billie@billiehilliard.com.

We are happy to help with your custom design needs. You may bring an already thought out idea or work with Billie to bring your original piece to life.

Custom Order Policy

We do not modify or copy other artist work.

Custom Made or Special Ordered jewelry are created especially for and based on the requirements of our customers and may not be returned or exchanged.

We are happy to make light repairs valuing 20% of the total value of the piece within the first 30 days.


We accept American Express, VISA, Mastercard and Discover credit cards as forms of payment. Customers will be charged as soon as order is submitted on BillieHilliard.com


We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival*. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandised cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are final sale therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

The Billie Hilliard aesthetic is worn and rustic thus leaving your piece with varieties of coloration and purposeful but secure cast cracks.  Our pieces are meant to look as though you have discovered them on an archaeological dig or an estate sell.  

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

We only recommend UPS or Fedex when shipping returns, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.


We will repair any jewelry design purchased through BillieHilliard.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email billie@billiehilliard.com and request a repair tracking number (RTN).

  • Less than 6 months after purchase is FREE

  • More than 6 months is subject to repair fee. *Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.

  • Please be advised that repairs take approximately 4 to 6 weeks for completion.
